right at our dock and then fly into the lake with the species
of your choice and then be picked up at the end of the day

- Payment
Conditions:
A 50% deposit is required to confirm the dates of your booking.The
remaining 50% of the trip cost will be due 60 days prior to
departure. An invoice will be sent 30 days prior to the 60 day
due date. Failure to pay the remaining balance will cause you
to lose your deposit and cancellation of your booking.
- Cancellation:
A written cancellation notice will be required. If the canceling
party rebooks space, no penalties will apply. Upon notification
of cancellation, Clearwater Lodge will put the space up for
sale. If Clearwater Lodge rebooks the space, a 15% penalty will
apply and all other deposits and payments will be returned to
the canceling party. If the trip does not sell prior to the
balance due date, then all deposits and payments will be forfeited.
- Insurance:
Clearwater Lodge advises client and all parties traveling with
the client, to obtain travel insurance to recover expenses for
any unforeseen circumstances such as cancellation of trip, sickness,
death, death of a family member, riots, acts of God, flight
cancellations and so on etc.
